The views here are stunning, overlooking the river! While the location is prime, the accommodation isn't quite up to par. Many guests have found cleanliness and maintenance lacking. Some rooms show signs of age and a lack of deep cleaning. It’s a decent option, but be prepared for some imperfections!

The room had a balcony with a stunning view of the Rogue River. It featured a cozy carpeted area, a flat-screen TV, a kitchen with a microwave, and a fridge. The private bathroom was well-maintained. Enjoyed the fitness center for workouts. The convenient dining table made meals easy.

The large flat-panel TV and the cozy furnishings made our room feel like a charming retreat! I felt safe and comfortable wandering through the lovely common areas, which are very accessible for seniors.

Easier access to dining options would be nice.

The recently renovated Deluxe King Room was immaculate and provided a stunning river view.

Unfortunately, the bathroom door was peeling and rusted at the bottom, detracting from the overall experience.

jot's resort has an amazing view right on the rogue river. our deluxe room was recently renovated with new paint and furnishings. it was clean and well-maintained. the price was a good value considering the location. the fitness center was also a nice bonus. it's clear this place is working on upgrades!

Had a great time with friends at this place! We enjoyed some swimming and fishing nearby. The view from our room was awesome, and the staff was friendly. It’s a nice spot for cycling and taking strolls by the river. Just a heads up, some guests mentioned issues with cleanliness, but we found our room just fine. Definitely recommend it for a fun getaway!

We did encounter a rude owner during our stay who didn’t handle our concerns well, which was frustrating. It left a bad impression, but thankfully, it didn’t ruin our trip!

The location was great, right on the river, offering beautiful views. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially when we needed to extend our check-out time. However, the carpets could have used some cleaning, and the noise from neighbors was noticeable.

Comfortable room, stunning view, the balcony overlooking the water made our stay memorable and convenient for exploring nearby hiking trails.

The location by the water offers a perfect spot to enjoy views of wildlife, including pelicans and seals. The King Room with Balcony was clean and bright, enhancing the overall experience. However, there were cleanliness issues in areas outside the room and some dated features that detracted from the enjoyment. The price felt inflated compared to the quality experienced, especially given other nearby options.
